This website is a community resource for GlobalBoost (BSTY). It isn't the official voice of GlobalBoost — because GlobalBoost doesn't have one.
A public domain project
GlobalBoost was launched in 2014 by GlobalToshi, a pen name, in the same spirit as Satoshi Nakamoto's Bitcoin. GlobalToshi released it to the world and stepped back. No company owns it, no one holds a trademark over the network, and no one can shut it down.
GlobalBoost is a public project. The code is open source under the MIT license, so anyone can read, copy, change or build on it. The network belongs to everyone who mines, runs a node, builds or holds BSTY.
Who runs this site
GlobalBoo.st is kept up by volunteers from the community. We don't speak for miners, developers or exchanges, and we don't control the network. Nothing here is financial advice.
We aim to give newcomers clear, honest information: how to get a wallet, mine, run a node and stay safe.
What we will never do
- Message you first, or ask for your private keys or wallet backup.
- Run giveaways or promise to multiply your coins.
- Sell BSTY, hold your funds, or recommend a price.
Anyone claiming to be "the GlobalBoost team" and asking for money is a scammer.
